Ebrima S Jallow

Ebrima leads HexAI's strategic vision and government partnerships. With deep roots in Gambian civil society and a background spanning policy, technology, and enterprise, he drives HexAI's mission to establish sovereign AI infrastructure across West Africa. He has advised government ministries on digital transformation and built partnerships with international development institutions to accelerate Africa's intelligence economy.

Omar Keita

Omar architects HexAI's technical infrastructure and AI systems. A seasoned software engineer and ML practitioner, he specialises in building production-grade sovereign AI stacks — from data digitization pipelines and domain-specific language models to real-time inference systems and enterprise automation. He has built and deployed AI solutions across fintech, health, and government sectors with a relentless focus on performance, explainability, and local ownership.
